Okay, deep breath. Let’s dive into the chaotic wonder that is the North American update. Spoiler alert: July is looking swanky with the PlayStation Plus Essential lineup. Hold up! Did I just say “swanky”? No idea why that word popped into my head, but there it is. So, anyway, what’s hot this week? Ba-bam! Diablo IV Standard Edition. Kinda feels like a must-have, right? Back with a vengeance, on both PS4 and PS5. Also, Jusant, exclusively on PS5—sounds fancy, doesn’t it? And, cue drumroll, The King of Fighter XV. I still fumble with combos, but hey, practice makes perfect, they say.

There’s this lot of games, like seriously, they’re flooding the store! Let me try and remember a few. Yeah—Airplane Flight Simulator: Combat Zone. Not sure if I’ve ever wanted to pilot a fighter jet, but there’s a first for everything. Then there’s The Alpha Wolf. Bet it’s about being top dog. Or should I say, top wolf? Arcade stuff too, for the retro folks. Arcade Archives STINGER caught my eye because, well, who doesn’t love a throwback? And did you ever imagine electronic music diva Hatsune Miku would somehow become a logic game? Me neither—Logic Paint S+, folks. Wonder if it helps you think better?

Now, I could go on listing, but you get the vibe, right? Gone are the days with just one or two picks. It’s like a buffet. I found myself nodding at names like Tiny Titans. Tiny, but tons of punch—hopefully. And maybe, just maybe, if you’re like me, names like “Quit Today” might even get you questioning your life choices.
