New Sony Job Listing Suggests Expansion of Porting Projects

Alright, so there I was, browsing the net like you do when you’ve got a spare minute — okay, maybe a couple of hours — and I stumbled on this job posting. From Sony, of all people. You know, the PlayStation folks. Big deal, right? They’re hunting for someone to take their exclusive games to new homes: Steam, Epic, even Xbox and Nintendo. Yeah, Xbox. Go figure.

So, they’re finally spilling some of their game goodies beyond the PlayStation universe. I mean, it didn’t completely floor me ’cause we saw them trickle games onto PC already. But hey, now Helldivers 2 is gearing up to hit Xbox with cross-play coming soon. It’s like, is this a hint of change? Or just them testing waters? Maybe I need coffee. Or tea. Oh, and let’s not forget mobile. Imagine playing one of those epic PlayStation titles on your phone. Crazy, right?
