Nintendo tossed out a fresh update for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Yep, we’re now at version 1.4.1—can you believe it? Honestly, I barely keep track anymore, but here we are.
So, what’s the big news, you ask? They fiddled with the Portuguese (Brazil) text that came up in 1.4.0. No clue why it was off, but it was. Anyway, they fixed that. Or at least they said they did. Plus, they tackled “several other issues” — whatever that might mean. These updates always feel vague, right? Like, sure, “improve your gameplay experience” sounds good, but specifics would be nice.
I imagine the devs crammed in a bunch of minor fixes, maybe some stuff only the eagle-eyed players caught. Those glitches that pop up out of nowhere when I’m just minding my own business, trying to save Hyrule again. Yeah, those. The ones where the soundtrack gets all glitchy or when Link decides walls are optional.
Anyway, if you’re playing in Portuguese, things should read smoother now. Not that I play it in Portuguese—it’d be like trying to read a tech manual in Klingon. But for those who do, have at it.
I guess updates are like tiny surprise gifts—or annoying interruptions, depending on your mood. Either way, cheers to not having rogue subtitles or whatever else they fixed this time. Until the next update adventure hits, game on.
