So, the other day, I’m sitting there, just zoning out, and bam — I get this email: something about listening to podcasts. If you’re into that sort of thing, they said you could hit up [email protected]. I mean, why not, right? Anyway, they’re all over the place, like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, blah blah. You know the drill. It’s podcast mania.

So, here’s the thing — Kristen, Tim, and I? Yeah, we’re back at it again! This week, we got all tangled up in the Ghost of Yōtei State of Play thing. Spent way too long on it, but hey, who’s counting? It was one of those deep dives where you start out talking gameplay, then — I don’t know how — but you end up on some moral debate about Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Seriously, the twists in that ending! Messed with my brain a bit, if I’m honest.

Oh, and before I forget, here’s what’s dropping next week — if you care, that is. We’ve got:

– Monument Valley 3 on PS5 and PS4. Like, do people even play it on both?
– Wildgate? Only on PS5. Fancy.
– Wheel World for the PS5, because who doesn’t want more wheels?
– Killing Floor 3, making its bloody way to PS5.
– Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, for all you feather fanatics. Only on PS5. And only slightly confusing.

We seriously got lost in Ghost of Yōtei, though. They slapped us with over 20 minutes of this new footage. Modes everywhere. And then two new hardware bundles just because.

Oh, and Bye Sweet Carole? Enter stage left, the oddball dubbed “The French.” Not the most mysterious name, but hey, it’s narrative horror with hand-drawn art! Who doesn’t love a bit of pencil work in their frights?

Then there’s the gory goodness of Killing Floor 3. We caught their new launch trailer and then had to pick through this Q&A session with the devs. Bit grisly, to say the least.

Anyway — wait, I almost forgot — major shoutout to Dormilón for the seriously cool theme music. They crank our vibe up to eleven, easy.

One last note from the editor or something: All those PSN release dates? Take ’em with a grain of salt. They do the good ol’ switcheroo without warning. It’s all cobbled together from press releases and ESRB snippets. Who doesn’t love a bit of chaos?
